Reports coming in indicate that renowned singer Weasel real name Douglas Mayanja, has been hospitalized at Nsambya Hospital after he was allegedly knocked down by his wife Sandra Teta after a domestic dispute in Munyonyo.
According to sources, Weasel is said to have broken both of his legs after his wife Sandra Teta knocked him down at popular Shans Bar in the wee hours of Thursday following a domestic dispute over yet to be known reasons.
Although details on what could have led to the incident are still scarce, Weasel is said to have been hanging out with friends at the popular hangout spot before Sandra Teta stormed the place.
Fans of the singer have since taken to social media to express their concern over weasels health state and advising the couple to find better avenues of settling their domestic disputes than resorting to violence.
This is not the first time the couple have turned to violence to solve their family issues, in 2022, Sandra Teta and Weasel had a nasty breakup after Teta allegedly arrived home late after hosting one of her bar nights prompting Weasel to thump her to pulp.
By the time of this publication, the Mayanja and his Goodlyf management were yet to come out with a statement on the incident as Sandra Teta’s whereabouts remain unknown.
