The Police at Nateete have arrested a suspect involved in the theft of motor vehicle number plates.
According to the Kampala Metropolitan Police Spokesperson Kawala Rachael, the suspect, 33 year old Semuju Steven resident of Busega was found with several number plates during the operation.
“Seven stolen number plates were recovered, including: UAH 286S, UA 309BQ, UA 682BZ, UAM 277G, UAN 796B, and UBK 264Y (pair)” she noted.

“The suspect is currently in custody as investigations continue, and he will be charged in court accordingly” she said.
