The City Hall Chief Magistrates Court has charged Webisa Marvin, a 22 year old security guard attached to Gideon Security Systems with the alleged rape, murder and aggravated robbery of TikToker Diana Namulinde, popularly known as Diana Skyz.
According to prosecution, Webisa who had been deployed to guard the apartments where Diana Sky lived, on February 4, 2026, at Kyanja Kwata Zone in Kampala, Webisa allegedly had unlawful carnal knowledge of Namulinde without her consent, contrary to Sections 110 and 111 of the Penal Code Act.
Prosecution further told court Webisa who has also been charged with murder, contrary to Sections 171 and 172 of the Penal Code Act, first robbed the deceased of a number of valuables before killing her.
Prosecution alleged that Webisa robbed the deceased of several items, including an iPhone 17 Pro Max, a Samsung Galaxy A15, a power bank, ear pods, a laptop bag, a suitcase, clothes and shoes, as well as UGX 18.6 million in cash, before killing her.
Webisa who was also charged with aggravated robbery contrary to Sections 266 and 267(2) of the Penal Code Act was not allowed to take plea since the offences are capital in nature and can only be tried by the High Court.
The Senior Principal Grade one magistrate Nicholas Ayisu, remanded Webisa to Luzira Prison until March 3, when the case will come up before court for mention after prosecution informed court that investigations in the case are still ongoing.
Diana’s lifeless body was discovered by her friends on Wednesday 4th February 2026 who had gone to check on her at the apartment found in Kwaata Zone, Kyanja Ward, Kawempe Division, Kampala City, which they found open.
Diana Skyz was known in Kampala’s social media circles as a model, entertainer and showbiz personality, with a growing following on Tik Tok where she shared lifestyle and fashion content.
