The workers fraternity across the country is in mourning after the death of Bro Stephen Abima, the General Secretary of Amalgamated Transport and General Workers Union (UNION) on Friday.
According to reports, Abima, who was also a candidate for the Workers Member of Parliament seat, passed away at St Francis Hospital Nsambya on Friday morning.
According to close friends, Abima is said to have been in perfect health in the previous days but collapsed suddenly on Friday before being rushed to the Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
