On Sunday, faithful thronged the grand auditorium of Epikaizo Ministries International (EMI) for the much anticipated Cultural Service, a day dedicated to celebrating the rich tapestry of traditions that define the Ugandan people.

The air in the auditorium was vibrant filled with a beautiful synergy of spirituality and heritage that greeted faithful as they arrived adorned in exquisite traditional attire Busuti, Kanzu, and other indigenous garments transforming the church into a colorful tableau of national pride.

The highlight of the service was the powerful address delivered by the ministry’s leader, Senior Prophet T. J. Collins. Stepping to the pulpit, the Prophet did not just preach; he engaged the congregation in a profound reflection on the cornerstone of society: the family and its cultural foundation.

Prophet Collins spoke passionately about the urgency of preserving cultural norms as the bedrock for an upright and disciplined society. He stressed that many modern societal challenges stem from the erosion of these invaluable traditions.

“Our culture is not a relic of the past; it is the blueprint for our future,” the Prophet declared, his voice echoing with conviction. “We must return to the basics. Parents, your first ministry is in your home. Let us teach our children the importance of respect, discipline, and immaculate grooming as taught by our ancestors. Let them understand the value of greeting their elders, the discipline of work, and the grace of dignified conduct.”

The message was a dual challenge: calling on parents to take responsibility for modeling and enforcing these high standards, and on the children to embrace the wisdom and manners passed down through generations. He emphasized that proper grooming, respectful language, and strong moral boundaries are non-negotiable elements in raising citizens who will build a successful and harmonious nation.

As the nation finds itself in a critical electoral period, Prophet Collins transitioned his message to one of national concern and divine guidance. Recognizing the tensions that often accompany political campaigns, he issued a fervent call for peaceful elections and non-violent electioneering.

“Epikaizo Ministries International stands for peace,” the Prophet affirmed. “Uganda is bigger than any political party or ambition. I prophesy peace over this land! We must reject the spirit of division, violence, and intimidation. Let every citizen, every candidate, and every supporter remember that we are one nation under God.”

He urged the congregation to be agents of calm, encouraging mature debate over destructive conflict. The Prophet’s words resonated deeply, serving as a spiritual anchor for a nation navigating the complexities of its democratic process.

The Cultural Service concluded with a powerful prayer for the nation, the families, and the upcoming elections. The attendees left EMI not only spiritually renewed but also deeply inspired to embody the dignity of their heritage and to actively champion peace and discipline in their homes and communities.

Epikaizo Ministries International successfully hosted an event that was more than a Sunday service; it was a powerful statement that faith and culture are inseparable forces, essential for building the ethical, prosperous, and peaceful Uganda that Prophet T. J. Collins envisions.
