The High court has found Christopher Okello Onyum guilty on all four counts of murder of four toddlers aged 1–2 years at the Ggaba Early Childhood Development Centre, Justice Alice Komuhangi Khaukha has adjourned the court proceeding until 3pm for sentencing.

During conviction, Justice Komuhangi noted that she agreed with the three assessor’s joint opinion, that the prosecution had proved beyond reasonable doubt that Okello had committed the crimes with malice aforethought.

“On the contrary, I find and am in agreement with the joint opinion of the three assessors that the prosecution has proved that the accused person unlawfully caused the death of the three infants with malice of forethought” she said.
