Following the cancellation of his extra concert in Kyotera District by Police allegedly planned by Minister of State Microfinance and Small Enterprises Haruna Kasolo Kyeyune on Sunday, King Saha has hit studio to attack the Minister in a song titled ‘Kasolo Mujje’.
Even though in the song the doesn’t directly mention Minister kasolo who is seeking to recapture the area MP seat which he lost out to NUP’s Hon. Lukwago John Paul Mpalanyi, the incumbent MP, King Saha keeps referring to a Squirrel that kept on disturbing his grandparent by eating their food during the times of hunger in Kyotera.
Kasolo Mujje, a Luganda word for a squirrel drops just a few days after he dropped “Nva Kyotera” in which he alleges that Minister Kasolo connived with the Kyotera District RDC and DPC in the song to stop his scheduled show on 23rd November at Kyotera Football grounds.
While appearing in on BBS TV recently, the artists questioned the minister why he was chasing him from his place of birth.
“What do you want me to do at my age, you have connived with the RDC and called the DPC to cancel my show, if you feel like I have made your life difficult to the extent of chasing me and stopping me from working in my home area, you come and strangle me”.
“You have opened this battle, I love you my friends but am going to go rogue, I have to find justice, how can he chase me from my district of birth, you mean no other artist will perform in Kyotera until elections are done” King Saha questioned.
However Minister Kasolo blasted King Saha while addressing NRM supporters on Sunday where he denied stopping the show alleging that King Saha could have failed to perform due to either not being paid or other reasons.
“He has been known to abduct his own people, he comes with a drone, abducts them at night and takes them to Kampala while their heads are covered and people at the village blame me that Kasolo abducts people and they get annoyed at me” Kasolo said.
Even though King Saha puts a disclaimer at the end of the song that he sung it for farmers across the country, the fact that he has had back and forth verbal attacks with the minister in the recent days gives one to think about the reason for the song.
