Kituuma said police investigations led to the arrest of Katamba Charles, a 26-year-old electrician residing in Kiwanguzi Zone, Kireku Parish.
“He was found to have made illegal electricity connections at his home and several neighboring premises. During a search, stolen electric wires were recovered from his residence”.
