As the Faithful’s in the Catholic Church welcomed the election of Pope Leo XIV, a somber mood has engulfed the catholic community across the country after the Kampala Archdiocese announcing the passing of Bukalango’s Msgr. Expedito Magembe on Friday.

In a statement released on Friday, the Archdiocese’s Chancellor Fr. Pius Male Ssentumbwe urged faithful’s to pray for the repose of the late Msgr. Magembe’s soul who is revered for winning over souls to Christ through the charismatic renewal teachings and services at Mt Zion Prayer Centre at Bukalango, Wakiso district which he founded and headed for several years.
