The Chief of Defence Forces Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba, has posted a photo of former Kampala Lord Mayor and president of People’s Front for Freedom (PFF) party, Erias Lukwago in his basement, hours after he was picked up by Special Forces Command (SFC) operatives, from his home in Wakaliga, a Kampala suburb.
Muhoozi has shared a photo of Lukwago’s dressed in a white t-shirt, with a checked black and white scarf wrapped around his face.
Gen Muhoozi, while replying to one of his followers, a one Tumukunde Tony further revealed that Lukwago has been fighting him alongside Dr Besigye for decades, but is set to finish off the fight with his arrest.
“Tumukunde, thank you for your message and civility. Advise Lukwago to learn from you. He has been fighting me with Besigye for many decades. We are going to finish it now” he posted.
Following the raid at his home, Gen Muhoozi posted an arrest alert on his X, alluding to a fresh arrest of an individual who recently summoned him to court.
“I have captured a FOOL and taken him to the basement!…….We are still warming up the fool. Pictures soon. This one will learn Kiswahili” he posted.”
He further questioned where Lukwago, Dr Besigye’s lawyer got the guts to summon him in court, yet the only authority that has the power in the country to summon him, is his father president Yoweri Museveni.
“Ngu he summoned me?? How do you DARE to utter those words? Only Mzee can summon me. This fool will learn the lesson he has been begging for” Muhoozi posted.

Muhoozi further mocked the suspect as needing diapers, since he had allegedly already urinated on himself thrice during the arrest.
Lukwago’s arrest comes as he, Martha Karua and other members of Dr Besigye’s legal team have been attempting to serve Muhoozi with summons to appear before the High Court.
When asked by PLU central committee member Daudi Kabanda, whether he feared Martha Karua and Medard Ssegona other senior members of Dr Besigye’s defence team, Muhoozi revealed that the duo are the next in line for arrest.
“No way! I’m going for them next!”Muhoozi posted.
