The Kampala Metropolitan Deputy spokesperson ASP Luke Owoyesigyire has revealed that the force is investigating a case of aggravated robbery and murder by strangulation of 24 year old Tik Toker Namulinde Diana, alias Diana Skyz inside her apartment in Kyanja on Tuesday night.
According to Owoyesigyire, Diana’s lifeless body was discovered by her friends on Wednesday 4th February 2026 who had gone to check on her at the apartment found in Kwaata Zone, Kyanja Ward, Kawempe Division, Kampala City, which they found open.
“Earlier the same day, police arrested a security guard attached to the premises after he was found in possession of items suspected to have been stolen. Some of the recovered items were later identified as belonging to the deceased” he said.
Owoyesigyire revealed that team of homicide detectives and Scene of Crime Officers visited and documented the scene where she was living alone at the time of her murder.
“Several exhibits were recovered, and statements from relevant witnesses recorded. So far, three suspects have been identified, and two have been arrested to assist with investigations” he said.
Owoyesigyire noted that the deceased’s body was conveyed to KCCA Mulago City Mortuary for post-mortem examination as investigations into the murder continue.
Diana Skyz was known in Kampala’s social-media circles as a model, entertainer and showbiz personality, with a growing following on Tik Tok where she shared lifestyle and fashion content.
