The Uganda People’s Defence Forces (UPDF) has revealed that it has killed a female suicide bomber at Kalerewe Market on Sunday Morning.
“A female suicide bomber has been killed in Kalerwe Market. The bomb squad is on the ground carrying out investigations” a post on the official UPDF X handle reads.

However, the forces don’t reveal the identity of the said suicide bomber or how she was killed.
This is the second female bomber to be killed by the UPDF in the Kampala Metropolitan Area in barely a month following the death of Aisha Katushabe in an explosion as she was heading to Munyonyo Marty’s Shrine on June 3rd Marty’s day.
